More realistic Grocery Shopping - in progress

 What meals Will I actually Eat regularly, knowing how much I hate dishes and cooking just for myself...

  • - pasta salad with chicken

  • - pasta salad with shrimp
  • - Chicken stuffing (with corn) x2
  • - angel hair and (raw) shrimp 
  • - ramen and (cooked)shrimp x 24 (packs of 12)
  • - (raw) shrimp and sausage over rice x2
  • - congee with egg or plain, maybe some sausage  - as needed
  • - hobo stew over rice (green beans and corn) x4
  • - asian shrimp (raw or cooked) over rice (egg roll and ragoons sides/miso soup?) x1
  • - eggs and rice  - as needed
  • Grits and eggs - as needed
  • - Japanese green beans over rice - once  
  • - (lemon caper thyme) white fish and couscous (with corn and carrots) x 2
  • - mini seafood boil  (cook rice in boiled water) x 2 
  • Graze days (pretzels, carrots, green goddess dip, ground meat, fruit, cottage cheese) x 5

OKAY so.... I planned this out to be a month/1.5 month worth of groceries.... but if i am being realistic it would probably last even long than that.  and some of this stuff i already have. However I put over 5 hours of work into this and I am not going to re-do it lol. Especially because this is if i eat 2 full meals a day....and we all know i don't.

Now most of this I can make last longer than what I budgeted. So to be more realistic I highlighted everything in light blue what i know will be monthly for certain: $138... everything else could last anywhere from 2-3+ months. so I will divide it by 3. 

566.5- 138 = 428.5/3 = 143 + 138 = 281 in groceries every month 

and anything i can leave off in a pinch i crossed out. but i included them in the math
