Becoming real. (loan math)

 Okay so this is becoming more real. 

45000 x .78 = 35100 / 12 = 2925

What I would need to cover the cost of the move:

- Pay off all debt: (3 credit cards and med bill): 4K

- 15 ft uhaul (otis has offered to drive it up and pay for gas) = 1700 for the truck alone for 5 days. With movers about 200? = we'll say 2K

- Hotel stay for 2/3 nights: 300 --> ask otis for help?

- food for travel & packing/unpacking: 200

- pay lease out (sept oct) = 1700 

- first month & deposit of new apartment: 2000

- Misc. (cleaning supplies, cookwear, groceries, winter clothes, decoration, etc.) - 500

200 credit  ---> pay off with loan when i move. (will also close two of them out)

235 car payment (look into refinancing? see about dropping it to under 200)

100 insurance (geico quote)?

75 utilities (try places where heat/water/sewer is included)

50 internet (or if internet is included)

300  health insurance?

250 student loans (although they are frozen for now)

200 gas (depending)

150 pets
