Story idea

She  watched him take a hit. Even if it was just playing boxing, he was still beautiful and powerful, intimidating in his every move. Through the remains of his tattered black shirt, clean out lines of a chiseled torso peaked through the torn fabric. Beautiful. Every hit landed had his sparing partner obviously losing ground. The mock fight finished, faster that I would have thought possible. Then his deep blue eyes focused in on me. His brows drew together and his beautiful lips turned into a scowl. When all of his attention faced toward me, it reminded me of the face a cat makes before it kills a mouse. Only angrier. Intimidating.

The world as previously known, had ended. Another planet from another dimension has collided with earth. The collision Created a doorway Allowing unknown creatures and races to spill from one planet to another. Each time the door opens more of them come. The first time the door opened is when phoebee's brother disappeared. With a few last words he jumped through to try and figure out how to stop the apocalypse.

That was 7 years ago. Now life has returned to as close as normal. Some of the races had integrated in with humans peacefully. Some humans were fine with this. Others were not. Not long after her brothers disapearance phoebe bagan seeing things. Hearing them. Then a girl from her dreams shows up spouting delirious things about phoebe's brother, her non human form obvious. Convinced to go find him.
