maybe not leaving foodlion

so... with the hours i'm working right ow? i'm making about 500 a paycheck. 2 paychecks a month, i'm making 1000 a month. when school starts i'll probably go from working 38 to 28 hours a week. which means lower paychecks.

but lets math:

530 - for 2 weeks with 38 hours.

530: 72 hours.

thats 7.36 dollars an hour that i get to keep out of my 9.11

school time.

25-28 hours a week.... lets go with 25.

??:50

7.36 x 50 = 368.

i'll have a slightly more open schedule...

i could work mornings, mid shifts, and nights.

theoretically i could work 30 hours a week.

7.36 x 60 = 441.6

so if i work my tale off and work 30 hours a week,

440 a paycheck. thats 880 a month.

*reference data from other posts*

monthly expenses:

rent - 500
phone - 50
car insurance - 200
car payment - 130

damn. thats... scary.
so wouldn't be ablt to move out at working 30 hours a week at foodlion.

30 hours a week at foodlion: 440
20 hours a week at Lidl : 387.36 --- nope.

30 hours at lidl would be different: 581.04
38 hours at foodlion : 530

so i mean, if i move to lidl then i would need to work 30 hours a week in order to actually make more money. but i also need to make sure i'm working 35-38 hours at foodlion every week.

if i stay working as much as i am now...
530 x 2 = 1060

180 to spend on groceries, gas, and other expenses.

technically, i could afford to move out right now.

stay with foodlion until i graduate, maintaining 32-38 hours a week.

when i gradtuate apply for a supervisor position at lidl. if i only get associate: apply for the 30 hour one.

if i get superisor and work 20 hours (990 a month) or work 30 hours (1531 a month) = both mean i could afford my own place.
